Fitch Upgrades Turkmenistan to ‘BB-‘; Outlook Stable

Fitch Ratings has upgraded Turkmenistan’s Long-Term Foreign-Currency (LTFC) Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to ‘BB-‘ from ‘B+’. The Outlook is Stable.
